Is there a network where I submit my affiliate program to?
 

I asked this question some time ago i think but never got anywhere..

Is there a network which is responsible for presenting affiliate programs through their network?

like i submit my program, and then if youre part of that network, you have access to my program but through their network.. does this make since?
