Best "Still Capture" software or Player. Help a brother out.
 

My new Sony AVCHD is a a neat Video cam for the price. $590. I need to achieve the best still captures I can. The paused images are really very good but the next generation is not up to what I need as quality.

Have tried so far:


VLC snaps are just ok.

Quick Screen Capture works well but is time consuming.
