I have the design done, I just need to find someone to out my design into a live format.

If anyone knows of someone please drop their contact info.

It depends on how complex the design is. Most of the designers will do the construction, while they won't do the details, e.g. Complete custom image set - as there are literally bunch of images in a default vBulletin style.

Also, you need it to work in all browsers? Which vBulletin version?, etc. If it's vB4, it will be quite costy project.
