I want to use a theme switcher for mobile devices and I am wondering can I include a custom field from my main theme, on the mobile theme?

yes you can, just have the proper code with the same meta value.

are you redirecting to m.domain.com or just serving a mobile theme to mobile visitors, serving a seperate theme to mobile visitors is the best really.

just a theme, thanks for the input, i wasn't getting results on google so didn't try anything yet

just add the same function you have on your regular theme from the functions file to the mobile one.
