I think it is more likely that they will get banned. Especially if a manual review takes place.

They need more text then what they have. And ya why is some of the stuff in Russian? and as mentioned pictures are not showing up, some are to big looks like a cluster fuck to me.

Hmmmm, do you have any MC-Nudes content on your page? I see they use a lot of photos from MC-Nudes to promote your site. Also, your ../gallery page "3D photos" comes out as 404.

They would not "hurt"... But they also wouldn't add $275 a month in value either... For that price you could just buy links from established blogs in your niche good for a year!

For $300 total i could have done 10 really good blogs and im not even a pro blogger. I would throw in 15-20 splogs to help with backlinks and initial traffic. Your monthly cost should be around $20-$30 for hosting, what else are they charging you for? You seem like a good guy hope they give you better return for your money.
