ZOMBAIO ACCOUNT RESTRICTED..no warning no reason anybody else??
 

Just woke up this lovely tuesday morning to log into zombaio and check status on payment and to my chagrin my account is restricted... anybody know what this is about?

Are they about to walk with all of our monies....do they not want to allow me access to make screen shots...

Oops nevermind it looks like they did in fact send an email....my site is down for a few days so that means my account gets closed and my money gets taken....thats the way it goes down now

The account is closed because your site www.saraswirls.com has been down for 48 hours, despite several notifications. Your recurring members are complaining and chargeing back. To restrict the account after 48hours is standard procedure.

We are not holding any funds, funds will be paid as normal, but we will not rebill customers until the site is up and we see that there are no chargebacks due to the site being down.

You mean you cannot suspend an account, you just go right to close.... account is closed been in good standing for 4 years with one single chargeback in 4 years...and you get shut down because your site is down for 2 days

Surely there's some way you can come up with the money to get your website back online quick? If this happened to one of my websites I would borrow money or do whatever I had to do to make sure my website was back online as fast as I could. I would be worried about the paying customers that do not have access to material they have paid for. You have to play ahead and keep reserve funds for emergencies like this, processing problems aside...it all comes down to the CUSTOMERS...they provide the income. You seem to have great content and your website could be so much more than it is.

Based on the account closed page, they're using Naked.

As far as I know -- if using a dedicated server -- it's due on the first and there is a 10 day grace period. So if true in their case, way overdue and Naked may have already given an extension or two if the server has only been down for two days.

I've never been at a host that total closes the account after 10 days - especially in this business. In any business if you are open and talk to your vendors they will work with you for a month or 2. I'm betting this is more than just 10 days, perhaps 2 months?

The hosting is probably more than 10 days late, i don't think many shut it off for over a month, unless there is a serious problem.

It does appear to be a little over the edge to be complaining about the payment processor for a dead website have restricted your account. On top of that before checking your emails too (as it appears you missed their email ? )

If you want to get anywhere in this business then start focusing more on your own business instead of the boards, it will benefit you a lot more in the long run.

If you develop a more personal relationship to your providers they will also extend their services and help you more when you end up in a situation like this where you appear to have problems paying your bills and what-not.

Your post count doesn't mean a lot to many of these companies, especially if you provide only negative feedback and comments.

They are a pretty hardcore company, their TOS does say it will be suspended without warning or reason if chargebacks are high and fraud is more than sale's traffic. Stick w CCbill dude.

Sarah, I have no interest in your site or your niche and don't want to try to take advantage of your present situation and try and buy it from you on the cheap but if you need a no obligation no strings interest free loan to pay the hosting, get the site back up and away from that host, contact me via support on the site in my footer.

That is really cheesy of naked host, esspecially on a site with lots of aff traffic coming in. Just looks bad for the few bux they may make.

I don't know. I know the grace period is until the 10th. Never been late to find out if it automatically shuts off.

They're known to be very accommodating on many things, I would imagine billing, too. I also imagine that is based on account history.

Having been there a few years and on dedicated, I imagine if I emailed because I was having a hard month they'd help out. If I did that every month or didn't even bother contacting them to let them know I'm in a jam then who knows...
