You people have never been in Manhattan huh? it's a wall of massive skyscrapers. You have to look directly up to see if its sunny or cloudy. wind isnt going to blast times square. Find a cam next to some water.

Btw, blowing 35ish in CT so yeah, theres wind up near here.

Will be interesting to watch. Spent allot of time in Manhattan myself. The wind and rain is definitely going to have an impact. Why do you think there is almost nobody on the streets in Time Square on a Saturday night. Not typical.
