I have a new girl wanting to make a website, of corse it's easy to ask the very basik questions, but does anyone have a list of do's and don'ts that you would give an adult actress to fill out?

Show her to us and get some opinions from people that sell it and won't buy it as consumers.

Don't promise her the world. Promise what you can afford right now with incentives as more money is made collectively.

Yeah, She knows what she is getting into and wants to do it, a girl she went to school with is a "porn star".

I will give her 50% of profit, I showed her figures on ccbill from our www.lilcandy.com website last night and she is happy with the amount of money she "could" be getting.

if you say now "but i have no traffic and don't know how much the site will make" give up on your idea. It will save you a lot of stress and disappointment. And her too.

I will have a conract, and releases, if she decides to quit, i'll use the content for a different site, I won't be out anything. I had that happen before with Kelsey Michaels and I have rights to all the pics sets and vids I shot of her. and I'm not going to have my designer and programmer start on the tour until I have enough to launch the site.

a solo site shouldn't open with less than 1000 shoots nowadays imho. surfers aren't stupid any more.

Here is the best advice when setting up a new model for a website. Shoot her to death while she is fresh and up for it. Seriously shoot enough content to last a few years worth of updates. Then when she gets her first pay check in from the site and goes out on the town gets high and gets pregnant then wants to call it quits the site doesnt have to end.

not just that but after she quits and wants to come back, maybe someone else will have her exclusive or she won't look the same, etc cause she will come back

there's a couple really popular girls out there now that we wish we had shot the shit out of(they didn't quit, just their contract with us expired), because as they get more popular with other companies it just helps with what we have vs. us having to get them back for a couple shoots every couple months.

don't even buy a domain for her yet. dont waste time picking a stage name. shoot the content put it on clip stores or dvd it up then go to the website plan. and i agree if you can afford it avoid the partnership and pay her for a bulk batch of scenes while she is hot for shooting. the excitement will come across in her work, which will not be there after the 3rd or 4th time when they need money for XYZ
