I have no idea what the appeal is.

In my head I imagine the core demographic being older people trying to recapture the 20's they'll never get back. Rather than going out and living again, they watch other people do it on TV.

Why do you watch it then??

I wish the producers would let the cast interact with more people. They are locked in a bubble & just fight with each other. Stale.
