WP plugin like Olest to Newest but better?

Is there a wordpress plugin like Oldest to Newest but with more options? I want something that'll take away the oldest post weekly or so then change the date to (say) 3 months in the future so that i'll always have about 12 posts in the queue. Anyone know of anything like this?

it would be cool if you could randomize the day it rotates. so week one is rotates on monday week 2 it rotates on wed. week 3 it rotates on tuesday.

but that would be cool to have posts hibernate for 3 months.
