In which countries is Netflix the dominate streaming/dvd service?
 

I know they are in the US but are they known and used by everyone in Canada, UK, etc. also?

not here.. it's not even known here in latin america..

blockbuster was one of the first to fill bankrupt and go out of the country.

the only thing that dominates here are street sellers of HOLLYWOOD MOVIES COPIES for 5 bucks each.. u see them in the subway, in the train, everywhere.. in shopping.. they even have shops of it.

and of course, the average citizen is already taught to watch hollywood movies for free in the internet or download the torrent via thepiratebay or isohunt.
