stop changing my fucking password? if i want more security, i will take care of it.

your automated change password system is very, very annoying. getting ip addresses unblocked is like pulling teeth, and clearly the people on the phone dont have access to remove all of the blocks.

2 days this time. isnt that enough already?

I had troubles getting mine unblocked, the lady was really nice and she was doing her best. I wasn't surprised when I had to explain how to use wildcards, however that didn't unblock it either. Finally got it all straightened out when she realized she was trying to unblock my IP from a different account, heh. Multi-tasking can be a bitch!

In fact I asked the lady just that, however i forget the canned response I was given. Something along the lines of protecting my account by blocking everyone... even me... from accessing it.

i left stats remote running overnight. it tried a couple of times to pull stats, and with failed password attempts on the ip, the account gets locked and the ip blocked so it cant log in.

they protect you :0

I can understand why CCBill might block it. I couldn't understand why iamatam is having to get his unblocked.
