Buying verified paypal acounts, should i?
 

Do you think should i rely on verify paypal accounts? i don't live in us, do You think will i still be able to cash thru atm without hassles?

would You advise me someone that sells verified accounts and i can get an it's atm card altogether.

i didn't buy such service before, so some of my questions could be nonsence though :helpme:error:winkwink:

a verified PP account just means you linked a bank account to it. you now need a REAL ssn# to get the paypal debit card. even without that, you raise red flags anytime you withdraw ANY amount from your pp account to a bank account. if your name(s) dont match youre fucked and acct limited/seized. my advice is only use PP for purchases, never withdraw.

i paid out via pp, it actually has been sent to my partner, but if i get a paxum and such, just for this paymond i will be charged too mutch including atm card (by mean i don't say paxum is expensive though) i m talking about this paymond itself.

So what would You advice me to cash it out?
