fucking moron communist politicians - yes, the National Hockey League is responsible for your white trash youth acting like animals. The NHL absolutely should have been prepared and sent in their NHL tanks and elite special commando forces to patrol the streets for the city of Vancouver.

Talk about passing the buck! Plain and simple the city was unprepared, but in all honesty when 20,000 drunk people start rioting there isn't much that can be done.

Don't feel too bad. There were also riots in Montreal back in, well, every fucking year; and - if Toronto ever made it to the finals (this hurts me - I doubt they will) - the same shit would happen.

Look at what happened when the Blue Jays won in '93. Whether the Leafs win or lose in a final - Toronto will turn into a war zone. Too many idiots and attention whores.

For public safety, its better to keep the cup in the States. Congrats, Boston! Congrats, Chicago! Congrats, Pittsburgh! Keep it going!

P.S. The last time the Leafs won the cup was on my 4th birthday. I doubt I'll see it happen again...
