Difference between Illegal Tube and Legal Tube paysites
I am fairly new to the whole Tube concept, I know the basics as I have seen sites like Pornhub etc..
However, I was reading something Luke Ford posted about a well known company (company name is irrelevant as I'm not judging anyone) operating the top 5 illegal tube paysites. My question is, what is the difference between a Legal Tube paysite and an Illegal Tube paysite? If it is a Illegal Tube paysite, how is it that a well known company as Luke pointed out runs the top 5 illegal tube paysites without it getting shut down with DMCA orders? |
illegal -> providing/using porn content without licenses
legal -> providing/using porn content WITH licenses (fe. preview movies, teaser, etc) |

Most illegal tubes, except the bigger ones, are actively uploading other people's content to their own site. When a DMCA comes in, they comply with the request and remove the offending content, only to throw it back up under a different username. It then becomes a game of cat and mouse with content providers sending daily DMCA to multiple sites. A lot don't bother. |
