I saw it, definitely worth watching.

seen the report, or something similar to it before. By the time those units will ever be occupied , they will be crumbling from neglect:2 cents:

it is nothing more than a bunch of people who have not been brought up in a supply / demand economy suddenly getting into it, and doing it with a passion. if you have ever seen mainland chinese people driving their cars, which is still a pretty new thing, you would understand why the property market is like it is.

this is what the us would be without regulation.

Has got to be the biggest housing bubble in human history?

Here`s one more documentary

Very interesting video . I am suprised that this is just another real estate bubble.

I wonder what'll happen when all of these companies start going under. I didn't get a chance to watch the video since I'm at work, but I'll check it out later.

China's really not doing quite as well as they like to make themselves out to be IMO.

that video is rather dishonest. two students want to live in the center of a big city, and complain about the price of apartments? come on. try the same thing in new york, in london, etc, and you will find the same thing.

when the two of them graduate and get real jobs, they will be able to afford better housing. students dont get to live in castles.

And every one thinks China will be the next nation we will all rely on.
