Good customer support may be a dying breed but I had a very positive experience today that was quite pleasing.

As many of you know I had some issues with adding post plugs to plugrush. I had contacted support today and the issue was cleared up lickety split and left me feeling confident about continually using their service!

Kudos to Plugrush for providing fantastic customer support. It may sound corny but I do think that positive support and pleasant experiences SHOULD be shared with the community.

If you haven't already done so, check out Plug Rush, add a few widgets, add your plugs and reap the benefits of your posts and galleries appearing on many many websites. You gain traffic, exposure and some help in SERPS from their traffic trading/brokering service. The traffic is also niche targeted.

No one likes it they have a problem and can't get a response. I like staying on top of things. If you submit a ticket at 9pm, I drop everything and work on it.

i was thinking about this yesterday and have to disagree.

Im starting to see Better cs especially at the Min wage levels than i have in many years

Im thinking people are actually grateful to have jobs therefore doing a better job to make sure they keep there job

Thanks for the kind words. Our "Live Support" is being upgraded to a much better system, and should be ready very soon. You can always create a support ticket and we answer these fairly quickly. Soon we will post a "manager" to your account so that you can contact them via AIM/ICQ/MSN/Skype. Customer service is always very important to us, glad you got fixed up.
