exoclick bug with traffic and stats
 

I am doing few RON campaigns now with them for various countries each. on CPC basis.

For last several hours traffic just stopped for all of them, no new clicks, no new impressions. Stats several times was 0 for all positions. They replied they update the system that's why delay/bug in stats.

But problem is I don't get any traffic with them now, it also stops, not just stats, on my other tracking(s), no new clicks at all.

Anyone experience the same or it's just my account with them ?:upsidedow

It is possible that you were outbid on those countries by other advertisers and therefore your ad wasn't shown by the system and the stats do update every 15minutes.

It's possible man, but I do it in very very different countries and where just doing fine then at the moment all stops... in ALL countries, outbid heh ?:) Flood of constant traffic at the moment outbid...quite fishy you know.

I already e-mailed support ton of times, they admit some problem with frozen stats, it gets fixed, so they do not show 0 stats, but it was still all old data and no new traffic and till the moment nothing fixed...I am not even talking about new stats, I am talking about actual clicks...I voted for your company on that poll, so please:) and nope, will not increase my bids, it's all right at it is...it was RON and I did it just fine last time

I'm a publisher, but my earnings dropped by 80% in the last few days. I think the problem is that Ads loading extremely slowly here (Europe).

Hope it will get fixed, I got some traffic for some eastern europe countries, but it's again all dead. Even whole site do not loading. Will wait for more, what else can be done...
