need a new shared hosting account for ip tracking site
 

Hostgator for some reason won't let me host http://www.whatstheirip.com anymore which simply emails to the subscriber any persons ip who clicks a link they send them. Pretty simple script. Anyone know of a good host I can use for under $10 a month? The script also sends email through PHP so the host must accept that, hopefully with a high limit as right now I had to limit it to 500 emails per day.
