How to make a custom wp-signup.php page?
 

Theres no plugin i can find, seems like wpmudev might have something but there forum is restricted and im not paying $80 without knowing exactly what im getting. I would to add a captcha and a few custom fields any easy way to do that?

I used a plugin for that a couple of months ago. But i dont know if you can add captcha.

3 options:
1) copy wp-signup.php to your theme and modify it as needed (best results, might be complicated if you don't know much about WP)

3) by css: simply change style with css (but you'll need to re-upload the css every time you upgrade)

as for captcha, you can use http://www.642weather.com/weather/sc...ss-captcha.php for any form, including signup and login

Noted.. :thumbsup ...Actually im still having problems with this :( None of the plugins really do what i need and i dont see specific ways to do this on google using the first option you gave me.

I should also mention that this is a wordpress multisite install, Im sure several people have done this, i dont mind paying someone to code it for me real quick.
