how do i post to a page in wordpress

say for example i have 4 pages
home
page 1
page 2
page 3
in home i can put post but how do i post in outher pages
so i.e. i go to posts and add a post in page 1 or page 2 or page 3

Pages > All Pages

and then click on Edit directly underneath the name of the page

thanks but that only let me create a page like a normal webpage i need to be able to post to the page

You need to create a page template file and assign it to the respective page where you want your posts to show.
