hmmm. don't want to seem too rude or anything, but motelanal.com has PR0 and so does imperativeseo.com. There are no backlinks and 1 indexed page.

Most SEO guru websites have at least PR3.

ImperativeSEO is a fraud company. Don't even think to pay them. If you don't want to loose your money of course.

PR is a very poor metric for judging SEO
