Programmer needed to integrate CCBill billing system with the iStream (http://www.istreaming.com/) webcam

package for a new site. Must have experience in setting up CCBill accounts, memberships, Gateway API's,

cookies/sessions, PHP (or ASP) and Javascript. Integration needed to link users/models within the site.
