The http://www.extremebikinibabes.com/ is the exact same layout as my site thats been around for years http://www.nurglesnymphs.com obviously a very poor version, but the coding is the same, css/html and graphics just changed colours.

Anyone know who these fuckers are?

Pretty obvious when they haven't even changed the class names on the css of a custom made design.. There is a difference between using something to base a design from, and an outright copy.

kinda confused, other than round corners I don't see the resemblance. If you mean main area + sidebar, there are tens of million sites with the same layout, if you add the rounded corners let's say you down it to at least a few million, but still a lot. Really not getting it. Furthermore, if the above is where you find the resemblance, then your site isn't even close to be the first to have a main area + sidebar + rounded corners. Unless that guy saw your thread and changed the site look :2 cents:

If it is not obvious then what is the problem? Both of those sites look like 1000s of other sites on the net. So what? It is a very basic simple layout that was used before you came along as well. There is a lot worst things happening online. I've put them side by side and I still can't tell one person copied off the other.

Please tell me this is some soft spam or trick to get people to check out your site. You can't be serious in this thread.

Welcome to the interwebs. I've had people copy my designs for years. Hell I;ve had people copy my entire page, and not change a thing including the affiliate code :1orglaugh and they have even sent me a few sales, which is how I found out they had copied me. Not a whole lot you can do if they copy your layout, colors, etc. Unless they infringe on your copyright, logo, etc. Get use to it if you provide quality looking work you will "inspire" people which some tend to just plain out copy but what can you do. Just because someone copies your design, layout, look etc... and they have no creativity of their own, that doesn't hurt you. Most of them are lazy and don't know how to market or generate sales, much less how to innovate, make changes, evolve, run a site. 9 out of 10x they just a flash in the pan copy. Just a snap shot in time of what I was doing at that moment, that I have improved on several times since.

Ask 100 people to compare both sites, and 95 wont even notice that one person copied the other. If you need to look at source code to prove someone copied you then that also proves that no one will notice. If no one notices then WTF is the big deal? You are a fucking idiot. and FYI, as a designer, I see copies of my work almost every fucking day and I don't lose any sleep unless they're affecting my clients. But hey, what do I know, I just designed a few thousand sites and galleries, it's not like I know what I'm talking about :(
