you can have wordpress installed for tour and then another installation in /members/ protected by htaccess. no extra scripts necessary.

true, that this takes away one of the main benefits of a WP paysite, which is to "blur" the distinction between members area and guest/tour area.

better option imo is to have one installation only, that anybody can see, and htaccess only the content (videos and pictures you want to reserve for members). if a user is not a member, goes to payment page when tries to download the protected content :2 cents:
