If you want honest reviews find a company that interests you and google them. These Top Host sites are known for having the hosts with the largest payouts/affiliate programs to be magically in the top list of best.

As far as having a dedicated IP for each domain. Not really going to happen unless you have installed SSL's on each site. Now if your looking for ipv6 then yes you can do that.
