As far as her having 6 surgeries...it's not because she had some kind of mental disorder. Maybe she wanted to get to a certain size. Well, if you don't have the "pocket" size or loose skin enough to get to that particular size you would have to do it in a series of surgeries.

For instance when a woman who has had a mastectomy wants to get her breasts back...they use breast expanders in a series of several surgeries to stretch on the skin and cause it to grow new skin. The expanders are saline and are meant to be filled a little at a time over a few months and then are removed to have the "real" implant put in
