...about funding a new dog protection center and possibly other animals. It will require all of my capital...so I will have to be convinced that the center can be an ongoing operation for an indefinite period of time.

I was wondering if it was a more accomodating no-kill shelter (less like a kennel, more like a home environment for the dogs), or if he meant something along the lines of Ceasar Milan's compound, where he rehabilitates dogs.
