Who host their paysites with Mojohost?

I don't run any paysites, but got lots of sites @ Mojo.

i think loads of sites are, i know i researched hosts a little while ago and saw loads on mojo. none of the top of my head though

Tons of them are. Try a search for Mojo threads and you should be able to find a lot of them in the replies.

We do, why, what's up... had some unnanouced downtime today for some maintenance they didn't tell us about which kinds teed me off, other than that they've been great.

yep...there are so many factors when it comes to download speed. We are happy with mojohost but from our location we are only getting around 300KB/sec from our servers.

I would go with dedico for this one

Also have to factor in how far you are from your server, I'm here in Florida so I get 1mbps+ from my server, when I was with quadra I got 250 to 300k and they were on the west coast.

ok...here is the test link. would love to get some downloads speeds from various locations.

we are located in southern california and get around 200KB/sec on this file. we usually get around 1.5MB/sec but the past week it's been really slow and can't seem to find an issue with the servers.

Just got 2mb/sec on the testfile, peaked at 2.4.

Looks to be working fine here. Our sites are about the same on mojo.

I would have a look at your ISP

Just downloaded that video in ~65seconds and i'm located in Australia.

I'm in DTLA and it took 50 seconds to download.

all my sites from www.lilcandycash.com are hosted on Mojo. when I download from home I get 2+ meg/sec I have never had a problem with them, and thier support is the best!

Yeah, I've never heard anything bad about Mojo.... They are good in my book.

I'm in the EU and I get better speeds from my sites at Mojo in the US than from sites on servers at cheap hosting companies in another EU country.

i'm not getting good speed either in Canada - tried it a few times - once 350 KB/sec, once 300 KB/sec and once < 300 KB/sec

i then downloaded a video file off my own server and got 2 MB/sec

I nearly moved to Mojo but Webair talked me into staying there.
Your test file comes in at about 1.8 MB/sec (I'm in England) which is pretty good I'd say.
The network is obviously good and Brad is definately a top bloke going by the brief correspondence I've had with him in the past.

started off at 500kb then went up to 1500kb a second here from chicago.

There are some changes in progress for this server in an active support request that were discussed with the client earlier today. Until those are completed, specific speed testing is not helpful or useful.

I agree with the above post - mojohost support and service is great.

that's very similar to what i just got - ~500KB/sec on the unaccelerated and 1.1MB/sec on the accelerated link

took 11 seconds to download in the midwest of USA. Not sure how to get speeds on this new computer.

I'm getting 1.6 MB/sec for UNaccelerated and 2.6 MB/sec accelerated.
Again, I'm in the UK and I consider those results very good for a server located transatlantic.
Pisses all over my current server without CDN to boost it!
