I am looking for productive traffic from US/Canada and UK for my Babe site. I am willing to pay $0.005 per unique visitor provided the visitor is real and very productive. I have to test the traffic before I pay!!!! I pay by Paypal.

what do you consider "productive" for half a cent?

What I mean by productive is a visitor who will click on the ads on my site and make me a cent revenue by doing that!

No, I have not tried AdXpansion yet, I just looked at your site I have not found details on your CPC rates. How much you pay to publishers per click from Tier1 countries?

As the system works on a bid model, as a publisher you can make more then the minimum bids.
