Hey there,
looking back at the incident involving Serious Partners and their Japanese site that originally had some of your content on it, did they end up removing the content at your request or is it still there?
Also did they ever say if they bought the content from someone else or what their reason/excuse was?

I am asking this because another thread came up where people are railing on Serious Partners which made me look back at your original problem with them.
