21sexturycash - anyone received their check?

I'm really starting to get sick and tired of that payment hunt. Even sponsors who used to pay like clockwork before seem to have delays these days, if they pay at all...

This time it's about 21sexturycash. Still waiting for my check covering the period up to 07/31/2011 which, according to 21sexturycash, has been mailed on 08/16/2011. A bit long for a letter within the US, as the payment broker I use to cash in US$ checks never received it.

Looks like more people are waiting for their checks here: http://www.master-x.com/forum/topics/154339/

A friend told me on ICQ he also didn't receive his check from that period, although 21sextury claims that they sent his check on 08/16/2011. I talked to John from their support a couple of times, and all their "financial department" had to say so far is that it has been sent and that I have to pay $35 if I want them to send it again

So, anyone else waiting for checks from 21sexturycash?

Gonzodave 09-29-2011 12:40 AM

This'll be interesting! :winkwink:

Still recive mine like clockwork (U.K). Got paid for the 07/31/2011 as normal.

The very last check is late, as of today 2-3 days later than usual, hope it will arrive by tomorrow, otherwise no problems with their payments here...

Only check and wire payments, I'm still wondering why some of these sponsors refuse to upgrade to 21st century payouts, like ACH and Paxum

PornHero 09-29-2011 05:40 AM

I have always received my 21sexturycash payments on time.:2 cents:

Shap 09-29-2011 05:44 AM

Who did you talk to? I asked them on ICQ so many times for Paxum, and I was always told that they don't offer it and they don't plan to.

Well, some guy called "max"sent me message asking me will i promote them if they pay me with paxum,so maybe that is for new affiliates only :D

21Sextury Cash takes special care to be on time with the payouts. Unfortunately there are factors over our control, like lost or delayed deliveries, which case the post service is the one to blame. Also, please keep in mind, that the fee paid for a check-canceling is not our profit, but the service price established by the checking company.
As for Paxum, unfortunately it is still not a payment option at our company, although according to my latest information, the management is seriously considering to add it to the list.

OneWhoKnows 09-30-2011 03:33 AM

John, I know that you probably get charged those $35 by your check processors and of course the postal service is the one to blame for a lost check. However, as you probably read in my initial post, there were/are quite a bunch of people who didn't receive checks from you lately, so I felt the reason to open this thread.

At this point it looks like it's only a few ppl who didn't receive their checks, so it looks like the only optionI have is to pay $35 to have a check re-issued. But, as we already talked about it in ICQ, you probably understand that it sucks to pay an extra amount of $$ just to receive what's owed.

Correct! Give us Paxum, please!! Almost every other sponsor has now...

Startzone 09-30-2011 04:46 AM

Yes paxum please! :-)

pornguy 09-30-2011 05:11 AM

Not to worry though they have affiliates with sites LOADED with stolen content so they will make bank.

Matyko 09-30-2011 05:36 AM

i always receive my checks in time, but i would love to go for paxum if possible.

Maybe I smoke too much dope but with the way that the industry is now in regards to the "payment hunts' people must embark on, would it not be in both the affiliate's and your best interests to split the difference? A $35 dollar fee because of something happening beyond anyone's control is a slap in the face for some. Now mind you, if it's a recurring theme with some webmasters then obviously they need to have their mail sent to a more secure location but for cases like this you guys should be splitting the difference to keep business moving as usual.

I just received my check for the period ending July 31st a couple of days ago. Check is dated September 16th, but postmarked September 21st from Canada, not the US. Past payments from 21SexturyCash have been reliable.
