what would you do in terms of SEO to change it, to make it better for search engines?

where are your meta tags?

Get Market Samurai which will allow you to do SEO competition analysis and keyword analysis to help get your site up to speed.

You have too many meta keywords, you can adjust a bit Meta description tag and title tag. Choose keywords you want to rank and adjust your site content according to those keywords.

I like your website, it's clean and straight forward.
About the seo stuff, lets step baclk and think for a minute! ;)

Your title: "Gorgeous and Sexy - Hottest Girls with the best boobs, asses and pussys!"

Let's say you build backlinks, promote it and you get google traffic.
I can see at least a couple of problems:
1. It's had to rank for: hot girls, best boobs, ass, pussy, sexy
2. Even if you will rank, how will you monetize that? You'll conversion I believe will suffer and you will need lots of traffic.

My advice:
Choose a theme for the site, target a market, niche on - specific.
Find a sponsor which is perfect for that market
Monetize!

Lets take for example another post "Pinky June naked in hawaii"
Why would you want to rank for hawaii and June if you aren't a travel website;)

Conclusion: think of a niche and build from the ground up, keyword by keyword;)
