If that had been a video made by an American Sniper and his spotter there would be HELL to pay. no matter who started the damn war.

The sniper and the spotter would be arrested and most likely tried for war crimes.
the Commander would get his ass handed to him.
The media of the World would be all over the US about how inhumane they are.
