Ok I am new to this but I want to do alot more with my site I was wondering for the first month with out much promoting is 92 unique visitors good? from Sept 19 to Sept 30? No promotion really.

It's a start at least. :) But you'll have a lot of work cut out for you if you want to make money at this. To give you an idea I doubt you'll pay your hosting bill until you get around at least 1,000 visitors a day. If I were in your shoes I'd probably quit and do something else. :) But if I were too stubborn to do that then I would start focusing on getting as much free traffic as I can and I would be reading everything I can. yes I am currently trying to learn the new stuff in html and trying to learn css and php so I can create a whole new design I have an idea for this site but don't really have money to pay someone else to create my design.

I have a free script I just need to get traffic to my site and you said go with blogs is there any free blog content creators I suck at writing? But if there are no money in porn why are there alot of people doing it? and maybe you just haven't found something that changes the way things are in porn sites. I think I have an idea on what I can do to change that but im not good at graphic design and don't know css or php. So I'm trying to learn.

Second that. Pay close attention to what "title", "meta tags" are. I seriously doubt you want to have "Free Porn Script V2.0" as your tube site's title.

well figure out a backlink strategy and build lots of backlinks and link trades everyday until you can either teach yourself some designing and coding or have enough money to get someone to change shit. seo takes time anyway.
