Are there any cooler looking watches?

This is one of my favorites, I'm not into brands, this is just cool looking

Looks unnecessarily busy to me. I prefer something you can tell the time on at a glance from miles away.

96ukssob 10-04-2011 04:26 PM

Looks nice. I just got my new watch today. Love it, but took a hit to the ol back account :(

CyberHustler 10-04-2011 04:35 PM

Decent looking watch...

camperjohn64 10-04-2011 04:36 PM

Watches are passe. Get a cell phone. It tells time and you can even have access to this new thing called "the internet".

Watches is the only jewelry man can wear without any hesitation. They are not for knowing the time. Sometimes I don't even look for time on my watch, I look at mobile phone instead :)

I adore my Movado. I wouldn't buy any other. Love their simplicity.

L-Pink 10-04-2011 05:13 PM

Rolex Submariner

.

chaze 10-04-2011 05:14 PM

I like it man, I usually stick with Vestal but I might have to branch out.

Trend 10-04-2011 05:14 PM

I have a watch "fetish"

My favorites however are rather simple:

Women look at shoes on a man, men look at watches as a sign of success.

twistyneck 10-04-2011 08:50 PM

I don't own a watch. I never need to know what time it is.

leg4 10-04-2011 09:13 PM

All these watches are quite nice looking... But to be honest, I find myself not wearing a watch anymore since I am always with my phone.

Gabriel 10-04-2011 09:31 PM

A favorite of mine.

I once had a watch that doubled as a calculator. I either got it from the CIA, or Target. Can't remember.

Watches sucks

Tokyo Flash are unbeatable in this category.

This is mine:
http://www.geekwatches.com/wp-conten...e-ss-watch.jpg

We went to Stockholm a couple of years ago and met with a friend of mine in the club. They were letting people in but the party didn't start yet so it was darker then usual I guess. A friend of mine just got his Tag Heuer Porsche watch and was bragging about it. How he got it for several thousands of Euro and so on. My Tokyo Flash watch is programmed to start playing with the diods every 2 minutes after 6 o'clock in the evening. So the guy from across the room so my watch and came to us and asked if he could take a look at my watch and where he could buy it. You can imagine a look on my friends face at that moment.

sambucas 10-05-2011 02:27 AM

Can you go any cooler than that:

A watch should fit the size of your wrist! My preference is for a big watch.

Those are a work of art for sure, however really inflated in price.. they hold value though so at least if you get bored with it you can resell it for some good $.

I've always liked the Omega Speedmaster myself but still a bit much for me.

Seiko and Timex have really come a long way with regards to style and quality and have some great models that are affordable. I would definitely check those out.

I will buy their Tron inspired watch the day it comes out, if they decide to actually mass produce it.

Some of those designs are crazy. I like mine a bit more basic and old skool...

BFT3K 10-05-2011 10:59 AM

I like when you look at your watch, and can you easily see what time it is...

http://www.mrwatch.com/thumbs/T20041-500-500.jpg

If you can do this for under $25, then that's a winner in my book!

Under $15... even better!

A couple I like:

http://exquisitetimepieces.com/mm5/g...20NR%20ACB.jpg

The Franck Muller crazy hours movement actually jumps around the watch to tell proper time even though the numbers are out of order.

Hublot makes some badass versions of the big bang too...
