PLauyboy magazine has been promoting the hell out of it, had one of the main characters on the cover this month. Hef also did a voice over in the series premiere.

They tried to make it Mad Men light which was the problem. Plus even in 2011 you can't put the Playboy name on NBC. Midwest housewives just can't handle it. Even though they're the same ones tuning into Desperate Housewives, Two and a Half Men, Bachelor Pad and other far more sexualized shows.

The first night it was up against Charlie Sheen's roast - would have watched it, but....

Writers were phoning it in, terrible... the show was meant for HBO with a talent writing staff and Marky Mark producing it

Without Hef there would have been no Flynt.

I watched Flynt's interview with Shatner on Bio, and the man is barely comprehensible now.

I actually thought it was pretty decent but yeah they should have known this is the US we are talking about. It had less sex and violence than any crime show you can name but the world "playboy" had people calling for a boycott

shitty story line and not something they would of been able to play out for a number of years. was doomed since day 1 :2 cents:
