Payserve Still Hasn't Paid Me for August

I was told checks go out the week after the period ends, to wait another week, and if I still haven't received it, to contact them to get it sorted out. I wait the additional week...and no check arrives. So I contact them again, and I'm told that they are going to have to cancel the check, but this would take an additional two weeks to process, and that there would be a $25 fee for this (which I hope they are going to pay as it's their mistake). Yesterday marks the end of that two week process and I still have not been paid. I have no new information about the status of the situation other than "The boss is now looking into this..." |

Hi pvtspanky, yes the boss is looking into this for you. I have to say that paper checks are a real pain because apparently in Europe they are pretty much obsolete and the banks there do not like them at all. This is why I always recommend Paxum first and if a person does not want to use them then I suggest our no fee wire transfer. We are concerned about getting you your payment but if the bank has no information for us then there is no information I can give you. We're working on it and that's the best I can do for now.

I had the same problem with my check back in July. I eventually got paid through Paxum but it took countless emails to them before I did.

I use the check option on payserve and I got my check a week ago...but please send it thru regular mail next time and not thru certified because it's a pain in the ass.
