This guy thought he was Joe Horn.....but gets a murder charge!
 

I guess this guy thought if he did the exact same thing in the exact same way as
Joe Horn then he wouldn't get charged.

Problem is that it is only a fluke that Joe Horn didn't get 2 murder charges.
