Computer gurus - how to tell last file moved in Win7?

I have a touchscreen that is on all the time. Last night a ladybug decided to crawl all over the screen and opened up all sorts of programs and folders.

When I go to my computer and click the edit menu I have the option of "undoing" the last file/folder that was moved. I am unable to tell if the last file moved was done by me, or by the ladybug.

If I go back one more step and undo the previous file that was moved, I can see that it was something moved by me, so worst case scenario the bug only moved one file on me.

Is there any way in windows 7 to tell which file was moved or modified last?

edit ( i know you can view files by the time they were last modified but I have about 6 TB of data and I don't know which folder to even begin looking in because the ladybug was going nuts.

in reality how many files do you think a lady bug on your touch screen could have moved?

Only one, but I would like to know which one. Also I am not 100% sure if the ladybug did move the last file, it could have been one moved by myself but I can't remember.

Do a search and filter it by last day modified. something like *.* and then the time frame...that's my best guess.

Thanks will give that a try. I am thinking it might have been something I moved myself, but when I checked the computer the fucker had windows explorer open and was into my c drive, so I kinda wanted to double check.

It also had itunes open. Must have wanted some music to keep it company.
