Paxum Update: Verification Process Changes

Over the last year we have received multiple requests from our clients to make our verification process easier. As our history shows, here at Paxum we believe in listening to our clients and acting accordingly.

The security and integrity of our program will always be our number one priority. Therefore it is only after extensive research and focused negotiation with our card provider and third party auditors, that we are very pleased to be able to implement an update to the Paxum verification process.

Effective immediately, Paxum account applications from countries considered to be a low security risk; Australia and all EU countries, will now only require ONE (1) Picture ID, instead of the previous TWO (2) Picture ID requirements.

As you can see, we really do value and appreciate feedback from our clients, and it can make a world of difference to the service we provide. Please let us know your thoughts, and any suggestions you may have, so that we can continue to deliver the excellence in service our clients have grown to expect.

One ID instead or two? Cool :)

P.S. The USA and Russia are still considered as high risk countries? Yeah, I'm talking about 90% of your clients :)

2intense 10-11-2011 09:17 AM

good news

For USA and Canadian accounts we already only require one picture ID since they are considered low risk countries.

Oops, I was wrong about 90%. According to Alexa, Russia and the USA make "only" 36.7% of your clients :pimp

Country Percent of Visitors
Russia 23.1%
United States 13.6%
Italy 10.0%
Canada 4.5%
Serbia 4.3%
Ukraine 4.2%
Thailand 3.1%
Netherlands 3.1%
Germany 2.5%
Czech Republic 2.4%

Actually I was wrong. Russia is not part of the official EU, and therefore we do still require 2 ID's for Russian clients. I removed it from my post to avoid any confusion.

Sorry about that.

Ruth :)

Course we (Russians) are high risk guys. The ones who make over 20% (twice more than the USA) of all your income. Here in Russia such clients are considered VIP, but in your area (still don't know where Paxum is registered at) we are high risk clients (a very clever way to do the business). You're cool, really :thumbsup :1orglaugh

The definition of 'high risk' and 'low risk' country is not one defined by Paxum itself, but is a list provided to us by our banking partners. We value every single one of our clients, no matter where they may call home. :)

Paxum is a Canadian Incorporated Company. We are based out of the Province of Quebec. :thumbsup

I thought you (Paxum gays) are the ones who set up the rules. Seems I was wrong... But I still very proud for your bank partners :)

BTW, I'm glad you are registered in "middle-risk" Canada but not in the "low risk" USA, because I still can't forget Chris Mallick - the guy who also had solid bank partners :winkwink:

P.S. Russia will never be a part of the "official" EU. It is possible that the EU will be a part of Russia (in theory) but not vise versa at least because Russia is many times bigger :)

You want to come and invade us? :winkwink:

Adraco 10-11-2011 10:59 AM

Russia has never, ever been part of the EU. Neither will it ever be.

It's a retarded country with a fake democracy run by Putin himself. Highly corrupt country with low level of education and a system which puts opponents in prison,
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mikhail_Khodorkovsky

Such a country, regardless of geography, will NEVER be part of the developed Western hemisphere EU, they are simply too far behind.

Since the update applies to all EU enlisted countries, once a country is a member of the EU this change will also apply to that country.
