What is ArchiveVault.com worth?

I've been developing a site that protects intellectual property by recording a unique 'Digital DNA' but I have another project that is taking all my time. You can see a beta at www.archivevault.com

Is it with the technology or just the domain name?

This name itself, undeveloped..is worth anywhere from reg. fee to mid $XX in my personal view. Now that you have it developed it's value is all going to come down to the statistics and revenue..If you decide to sell down the road I would start the bidding at 10x it's monthly revenue..let it go up from there to cover for the traffic it gets, the age of the domain at that time, the number of backlinks, pagerank..etc.

Domains come down to perception in pricing. don't perceive much here, sorry.
