If you know anyone who's a student, you can get Adobe products at a HUGE discount.

just carry on using Front Page on your new machine. I use Front Page too. I don't care what people say, it does what i need it to. Yeah, i could get all snobby and buy Dreamweaver but i'd loose days trying to learn new software when i could just carry on with FP.

Dreamweaver MX and Dreamweaver CS5 are worlds apart. You will need a good amount of time to get to know it and modern html coding standards most likely as well... :)

Use Notepad.

It works great.

anexsia 10-12-2011 08:44 PM

Aptana Studio is also good for coding.

It took me awhile to get used to the new Dreamweaver, but once I did, I loved it.
