Website Framework Suggestions?
 

I was tasked with updating an old clunky website. Through original conversations with the owner I decided to use Wordpress and the MagicMembers (because of CCBill integration) plugin to protect content. Unfortunately, the owner now wants shopping cart capabilities as well. I've been unable to find a plugin or combination of plugins that will allow me to do this.

The website needs to have the following going on:

• Support Subscriptions and Shopping Cart - integration with CCBill
• Registered non-members - have to purchase everything.
• Registered members - Access to members only clips, have to purchase full movies and other clips.

Do you guys have suggestions for some reliable framework software that will allow for subscriptions and shopping cart functionality integrated with CCBill, whether its Wordpress based or completely different?
