im using whm/cpanel but that isnt the issue the issue is at the registrar level i have to assign an ip to the nameservers and webair doesnt have any way to do that and apparently there is no phone support for domain customers if this doesnt get resolved quickly im moving my domains, this is ridiculous.

If you're running the dns on your server, the ip is the ip of the server. If you're not running your own dns, you shouldn't be crying new name servers at the registrar.

mikesouth 10-13-2011 09:24 PM

i am running my own dns and yes its the ip of my server but webair has no facility to associate the nameserver to the ip address of the nameserver

its being worked around on the hosting side by setting the ip addy and nameservers to what webair had before I moved servers
