Of course, Chisinau. There are a lot of clubs, can't remember all but "Drive" and "City" are two of them. As I already mentioned full of nice girls,and pretty safe city. However, porn is illegal there.

I am from Moldova, but I live and work abroad for now. Nice to see my country in a GFY thread:) You'll sure have fun there. As stated above, girls are super hot and night life is great. I'd recommend to visit in the Summer though.
