Just out of curiosity , do you have any ways/plans on crediting affiliates who made the original sale or do you just credit the sponsors ?

My guess is it's up to the program owners to split with the affiliate (not going to happen).

Of course it is not going to happen.

In the unlikely event that they can actually ever recover anything (this will only work with own merchant accounts not ccbill, zombaio or epoch anyway) then they won't be recovering it for free that is for sure.

You also got to wonder how serious a dot co business is...... slightly less than a dot xxx I guess :)

Years ago when I was in debt and couldn't afford to pay I said fuck you to collection agencies. They gave up on collection, my credit history was hurt but was easily fixed back to normal. Collection agencies can kiss my ass :321GFY:pimp

I am curious.

- What data are you requesting from the Merchants using your solution?

- How do you legally collect that data since many Merchants are using third party processors (IPSPs) and the end user agreement is between the IPSP and the end user?

- If we are talking credit card chargebacks, name and address information is considered "cardholder data". Are you PCI Level 1 certified?

- My experience from Zombaio is that most of the fraud is affiliate fraud in this industry, which mean that the "bad" affiliate is using real cardholder data from stolen accounts. Who will you go after? The victim or the unknown fraudster?

With the lack of response I really can't see it being anything else. She talks about a big board presence but as soon as legitimate questions are asked she is nowhere to be found.

Probably not. Lots of it is due to CC fraud and I can't see how you can go after cardholder if he filed it as stolen identity or just lost card.

The silence on Sabrina's part is deafening and easily construed as ignoring or hiding from tough but legitimate questions. I will mention https://chargebacks.co/ as needing a through reviewing before I would recommend doing business with them to our execs.

The short answer is: where licensing is required in select countries, the partner collection agencies are required to provided all documents to the company. For the United States, the assigned agency, operated by legal counsel, intentionally does not operate within 5 or 6 States, and they also screens debtors against a litigation database.
