We want ALL of your chargebacks!
The subject line really says it all, "We want ALL of your Chargebacks". https://chargebacks.co/advertising/CB-Ad-1.png My name is Sabrina Fischer, an Account Executive for Chargebacks Limited. With the help of a colleague, I work both the Sales and Marketing side to bring awareness of the company's services to the online merchant/e-commerce community. You will see our online presence on close to 90 mainstream and adult space boards. As I am sure you are members of several boards, you will find us and the announcements posted everywhere. If you have, then we were successful at one part of our responsibility. In time the number of boards we are active on will be reduced dramatically or the management of them will be divided between us. Chargebacks Ltd currently offers to collect Commercial and Consumer debts in: United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and Germany. As awareness grows, and appropriate partners are identified, additional countries will be added. Chargebacks Ltd is a No Collect = No Pay service. There is no upfront cost, and if we are unable to recover the debt owed, there are no fees. - For those members that are really curious to know what I look like, you will have to come out to any number of trade shows that the company will send me to in 2012. - For forum trolls, good luck. I will simply ignore you. - For general information please visit the website directly. - For easier searching we will always tag threads using: chargebacks, chargebacks.co, chargebacks.eu - For business related questions, I suggest you contact me directly at: sabrina [at] chargbacks [dot] co . I will try to respond to everyone within one business day, however priority response is always given to those that have registered with us. - Another important announcement is coming up in the next 2 weeks. Each board has its own characteristics, and in time we will come to learn which ones are more active and also learn more about some of you. Please keep in mind that I am here for business. From time to time, I may drop in and comment on someones thread or post, but I am here for business, to earn a living, to bring revenues to my employer, and to help put money back into your pockets ... on chargebacks that you likely had written off as a "cost of doing business". Thanks for your time reading my introduction, and I positively look forward to doing business with some of you. Sabrina F. |
hey sabrina, i haven't heard back from you regarding whether the contracted collection agencies are confirmed to have the licences available to actually contact the customers
i sent the email last thursday |
Get in contact with me.
Lets make a deal. |
Just out of curiosity , do you have any ways/plans on crediting affiliates who made the original sale or do you just credit the sponsors ?
|

My guess is it's up to the program owners to split with the affiliate (not going to happen). |

In the unlikely event that they can actually ever recover anything (this will only work with own merchant accounts not ccbill, zombaio or epoch anyway) then they won't be recovering it for free that is for sure. You also got to wonder how serious a dot co business is...... slightly less than a dot xxx I guess :) |
How much ?
What % are you collecting on average? How long does it take |

Sabrina, this is the second thread you started announcing your services but you haven't answered some simple questions like:
s this where your company operates and a correct address for me to speak with someone? 15 Grasgarth Close W3 9HS London, UK +44.08009999999 |
bump for answers... watch "Sabrina" will make a new thread instead of answering questions here.

No tits, No chargebacks ...
|
Years ago when I was in debt and couldn't afford to pay I said fuck you to collection agencies. They gave up on collection, my credit history was hurt but was easily fixed back to normal. Collection agencies can kiss my ass :321GFY:pimp

Hello Sabina,
I am curious. - What data are you requesting from the Merchants using your solution? - How do you legally collect that data since many Merchants are using third party processors (IPSPs) and the end user agreement is between the IPSP and the end user? - If we are talking credit card chargebacks, name and address information is considered "cardholder data". Are you PCI Level 1 certified? - My experience from Zombaio is that most of the fraud is affiliate fraud in this industry, which mean that the "bad" affiliate is using real cardholder data from stolen accounts. Who will you go after? The victim or the unknown fraudster? --- We have also been the "new guy" here (2007) and I know it is hard with all the questions. You believe so hard in your own product and don't understand why everyone else just don't get it. But I don't get it, and would really need an explanation. Thanks! |

Lack of response is very disturbing. I would like to hear some answers as well.
|
answers would be nice
|
I am thinking these people had an idea without investigating and didnt knowcome the legal landmine they are getting themselves into.
With the lack of response I really can't see it being anything else. She talks about a big board presence but as soon as legitimate questions are asked she is nowhere to be found. |
is it really true or legal you can collect on chargebacks?
|
another nalem success story.

The silence on Sabrina's part is deafening and easily construed as ignoring or hiding from tough but legitimate questions. I will mention https://chargebacks.co/ as needing a through reviewing before I would recommend doing business with them to our execs.

Hello GFY, I see there are many posts here. I will answer some now.
Please keep in mind that I do not work for GFY and do not spend all my working hours on the boards. If you have business related to chargebacks and NSFs caused by consumers, please direct your communication to the form found on the company site. Hope you day is a great one! Sabrina |

If you have not already, please contact us using the general form which can be found at https://chargebacks.co/?page=contactus The short answer is: where licensing is required in select countries, the partner collection agencies are required to provided all documents to the company. For the United States, the assigned agency, operated by legal counsel, intentionally does not operate within 5 or 6 States, and they also screens debtors against a litigation database. |

1) ya cant be too agressive 2) ya cant write war and peace 3) ya cant have a flash temper 4) ya cant use lots of vulgarities 5) ya cant fool all of the people all of the time Anyhow I think the whole xxx thing was a total piss on the industry and, thus, why I am adding my 2 cents. Add me to those who are not buying any .xxx unless I really have to. Which I highly doubt I will ever have to. .xxx will go the same way as all the other top levels. Just another extension. |
