I can't imagine the world with out pizza that would really suck.

Pizza rules.

But the Pizza in California really sucks.

I visited San Francisco a few months back and had the best pizza I've ever had in my whole life. It was a small Italian restaurant but there was a line out the door of people waiting to get in. It was a bit of a wait but totally worth it once that Pizza hit my mouth LOL.

I think most places in cali use frozen dough and the bestcheese is only available on the east coast

How do you guys DEFINE THE BEST PIZZA?

Here's my definition

100% organic mozzarella cheese made fresh daily from buffalo milk or goat's milk
Stone ground organic whole grain wheat dough
Brick Oven
100% organic tomato sauce made fresh daily from fresh tomatoes
Fresh basil and other herbs

Pizza in Chicago was amazing, I think the place was Lou Malnatis, deep dish, I couldn't eat even alf of a small pizza

Bad news my favorite pizza place closed. Now I'm depressed.
