im not sure. serge sent me an email saying he had passed

Wow...I hate hearing that. Todd was a great guy. I hate that he and I lost touch over the years.

Do any of you remember when this industry use to do the "Angel Tree" every Christmas where you adopt a kid and buy them Christmas Presents? I think it was Pattycake that headed it up each year. Most of you don't know this, but Todd and I had a deal that two days before Christmas we would adopt every single child that was left and had not been adopted and I would pick them up gifts and he would pay for the exorbitant shipping fees by letting me put it all on his Fedex account so that it would get delivered on Christmas Day or Christmas Eve. Trust me when I tell you that the Fedex bill was just as much, if not more, than the gifts themselves. He never even cared how much, he just wanted to make sure that the kids got the gifts in time for Christmas.

You can search this board all you want and you will never see that he said a word about this to anyone....as far as I know, PC, STK, and I are the only three that ever knew. This was just the type of guy that he was.

RIP, my friend.

Todd was a Real Gentlemen, May he rest in Peace. This is some very sad new today.

Anthony 10-19-2011 07:02 AM

I just read this on CJ's board, but couldnt' find any info on it. This just plain sucks to read. Todd was a special person. Could light up a room with one of his jokes, and treated everyone the same, no matter who you were. I talked to him on ICQ months ago, and now wish I kept in touch.

Rest in peace Old Friend. You will be missed.

Harmon 10-19-2011 07:02 AM

I'm so sorry to hear about it. RIP Todd.

Peaches 10-19-2011 07:11 AM

What a very sad day for all us, and for Todd's family. He was truly one of a kind and as T said, generous to all and I don't recall anyone saying anything bad about him. He was just as cool in person as he was on the boards. I hate that I haven't been in touch with him in a few years and wish we had known what was going on. However, it's like Todd not to want folks to worry about him. He worshiped his daughters and I loved hearing him talk about them.

RIP and Godspeed.

Evil Chris 10-19-2011 07:15 AM

I kept in touch with Todd over the years, but my best memories of him would be hanging out at the early NegrilNet shows. I didn't even know he was sick.

Poppy 10-19-2011 07:17 AM

RIP Todd.

RIP Todd

He were one of those guys that never said a bad word about anyone, the voice of reason, the down to earth guy.

He were one of those people when he posted I read and followed his advice.
He died way to young and my thoughts are with his family. What Tony posted doesn't surprise me one bit I had the pleasure of buying a gift for someone WAY back and if we can do something similar I will love to be part of it in Todd's memory.

BlackCrayon 10-19-2011 07:56 AM

wow, he was so young. i didn't know him beyond posts here but he seemed like a good guy who cared about his family and business. i hope his family has enough knowledge to keep a hold of some of his business assets.

Sid70 10-19-2011 08:05 AM

You never expect things like that.
R.I.P. Todd

Kenny B! 10-19-2011 08:21 AM

Very sad news, and so young too.

JustJ 10-19-2011 08:21 AM

Definetly a good guy. I remember when I had only been in the industry a couple years and did the angel tree. We definetly should bring it back.

DK 10-19-2011 08:24 AM

RIP Todd
You where definitely one of the good guys
