Linking Question
Say I have a number of sites (10) about widgets, each site is specifically about a type of widget eg. name1widget.com , name2widget.com, name3widget.com etc.
All sites range from PR2 to PR4 and are in places 1-5 for their respective google searches. Now I plan on creating a central site (allthewidgets.com) for all widgets (there are many many more widgets than I have covered with the sites mentioned above) Categories on the allthewidgets.com site will be named name1widget, name2widget, name3widget...name55widget etc. Here is the question: What would be the most sensible linking option from the individual sites to the central allthewidgets.com site? 1. name1widget.com to category page name1widget on allthewidgets.com 2. name1widget.com to the allthewidgets.com index with anchor: name1widget 3. name1widget.com to the allthewidgets.com index with anchor: widgets 4. other --- Hope this makes sense and thanks for your input |

Short answer, option 3, assuming your target phrase is widgets.

All 3... And build 10 more sites to also link into it... and keep going. You are God (figuratively speaking).
